This policy describes how Voiceaura Telecom Sàrl processes the personal data collected on the voiceauratelecom.ch website, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Data collected
The site only collects personal data when you contact us, via the contact form or directly by email or telephone:
- company, first name and surname;
- business contact details (email, telephone);
- information describing your needs (number of desk phones, contract end date, free-text message).
The forms send your request by email to info@voiceauratelecom.ch via the Formspree service (see “Third-party services”). The site itself does not store any data in a database.
Purpose and retention period
This data is used exclusively to process your request and, where applicable, to prepare an offer. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It is kept for as long as necessary to process the request and for any business relationship that may result from it.
Cookies and audience measurement
The site currently uses neither advertising cookies nor audience measurement tools. Should statistical or advertising tracking be activated, this policy would be updated accordingly.
Third-party services
The site's fonts and scripts are hosted with the site itself, with the exception of the live chat module. Three third-party services may receive your data or your IP address:
- Formspree (Formspree Inc., United States): routing of the site's forms. The information you enter passes through its servers, which keep it for the time needed to send it by email and to archive it in the form history.
- 3CX live chat (3CX Ltd): the chat module is loaded from 3CX's servers; conversations, and calls made from the browser, pass through Voiceaura Telecom's 3CX PBX. The module stores the conversation identifier in your browser's local storage so that an ongoing exchange can be resumed; it does not set any advertising cookies.
- Google Maps (Google LLC): display of the location map on the pages that include one; map data © Google.
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), which processes the technical connection logs required to provide the service.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Communications relating to your request are restricted to the people responsible for handling it.
Your rights
In accordance with the FADP, you may request access to the data concerning you, or its rectification or erasure, by writing to info@voiceauratelecom.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
